CTI has partnered with Compass to help women improve their lives by making professional coaching available and affordable to women everywhere. Our ground -breaking Co-Active® coaching model in conjunction with Compass' complete business system and interactive training will help you build a successful business. There are three ways you can utilize Compass based on your CTI training:

  • Become a Representative - Help us take coaching to women everywhere and we'll pay you to do it! As an Independent Compass Representative, you'll have all the resources you need to build your own business.
  • Become a Coach - We can help you connect with women who are looking for your services, develop your personal practice, establish a leadership platform as a member of our team, and give you the opportunity to generate income based on your service to others!
  • Become a Client - Become a member of our coaching network and gain support and structure from monthly group coaching sessions that will encourage you to understand your strengths, get clear about what you want, and take the steps necessary to improve your life
